三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換(huan),在中間(jian)設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
