回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)(fen)干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
