回(hui)轉式三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)(shi)料的預烘干(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力(li)與原單筒式烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合理(li),操(cao)作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為(wei)套疊(die)在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機體的外形尺(chi)寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和(he)熱氣流(liu)(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折流(liu)(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接。
