回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進(jin)原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能力(li)與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進(jin)、運行參數(shu)合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于各個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品(pin)結構
三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒體改為套疊(die)在一起(qi)的三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)(liu)依次進(jin)入(ru)內至(zhi)外(wai)筒體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流(liu)(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸收中層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長了干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由此完成干燥目的(de)。
