回轉式三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結(jie)構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位(wei)容積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進、運行參數合理(li),操作簡單可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一(yi)起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時(shi),物料(liao)和(he)熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為(wei)便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
