回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減(jian)少(shao)占地面積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行進式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行進方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到干燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行進,達(da)(da)到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行進排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)(da)到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速行進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行充分(fen)干燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
