大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪帶與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
