三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和(he)廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪帶與(yu)托輪支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方(fang)式行進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)。
