回轉式三(san)筒烘干機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單筒烘干機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘干和延長(chang)濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘干時間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫(wen)以(yi)及合理(li)(li)的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘干機(ji)(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參(can)數(shu)合理(li)(li),操(cao)作簡單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通(tong)過對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊(die)在一起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損(sun)件的(de)(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
