回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)改進(jin)原單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)(liao)的預烘干和延長濕料(liao)(liao)在機(ji)內烘干時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合理的配套措施,使(shi)烘干機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單筒(tong)(tong)式烘干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數(shu)合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘干機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘干機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘干機體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和(he)熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
