回轉(zhuan)式(shi)(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長(chang)濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間(jian),再(zai)加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合理的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)業(ye)的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料和(he)熱(re)氣流依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三(san)個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總(zong)體(ti)結構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作(zuo)原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
