回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為與(yu)之(zhi)相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
