回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品(pin)結(jie)構
三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒體改為(wei)套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時(shi),物(wu)料和(he)熱(re)氣流(liu)依次(ci)進入內至外筒體,在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自(zi)重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
