大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占地面積(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
