回轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機改(gai)進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料在機內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生產(chan)能力(li)與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理,操作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到(dao)充分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與(yu)之(zhi)相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占(zhan)地(di)面積和廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接。
