回(hui)轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)(nei)部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品(pin)結構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對(dui)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱(re)(re)氣流依次進入內(nei)至(zhi)外筒體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充(chong)分利(li)用熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為(wei)與之相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
