回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)發的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
