大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
