三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。

物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)(ling)一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同(tong)時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端(duan)(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
