回轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
