回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改(gai)進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加入機前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕料(liao)在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封(feng)、保溫以及(ji)合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能力與原單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡(jian)單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機工作時,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電(dian)機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重(zhong)而不能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
