回轉式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機內(nei)部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上(shang)密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理(li),操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各個行業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和(he)熱氣流依(yi)次進入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由(you)三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
