三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)(de)支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的(de)(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
