三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總(zong)長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內呈矩形(xing)(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱風(feng)作用(yong)下快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)(xing)抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
