回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機是(shi)通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該機工(gong)作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
