三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料在此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)料在外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的(de)物(wu)料在熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料在此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
