三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行進式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)行進方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方(fang)式(shi)行進,達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)快速行進排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速行進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
