三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊(die)組成,這就使筒體的(de)截面得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用(yong)。其筒體外形總長(chang)度(du)(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進入(ru)回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)進兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
