回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延(yan)長濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力(li)與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)(bu)能(neng)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥目的(de)。
