三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支承,由電機直接帶動托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
