回轉式三筒烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)筒烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料的(de)預(yu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個(ge)行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為套(tao)疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次(ci)進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連接。
