回轉式三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結(jie)構(gou),增加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合理的(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于各個(ge)行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機工作時,物料和(he)熱氣(qi)流依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截(jie)面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
