回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再(zai)加(jia)(jia)上密封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數(shu)合理(li),操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)(de)(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的(de)(de)(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒體部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層,實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層的(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層既充分吸收內(nei)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層另一端而(er)(er)落入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
