三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
