三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機的(de)(de)支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修更換(huan),在中間(jian)設計(ji)成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至(zhi)(zhi)內層(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又(you)(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
