大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)(fen)的利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進行(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進,呈進兩步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
