三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面得到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)量(liang)(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang)(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由此(ci)完成(cheng)干燥目的。
