回轉(zhuan)式三(san)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時(shi)間,再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)(dan)(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
