回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和(he)廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
