回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機內部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機生產能力與原單筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機相(xiang)比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業(ye)的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次(ci)進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
