大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
