回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)入機前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)(jia)上密封、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理(li)的(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干機生產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進、運行參數合(he)理(li),操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的(de)礦渣、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘干機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒烘干機(ji)的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒,以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至(zhi)外筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用熱能烘干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托輪支承,由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
