三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同(tong)時又(you)延長了干燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達到干燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由此完成(cheng)干燥目的(de)(de)。
