回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加入機前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在(zai)機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再(zai)加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)的(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣(guang)泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)干機是通過對(dui)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機的(de)單(dan)筒體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內至外(wai)筒體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
