回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及(ji)合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過(guo)對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機工作(zuo)時,物料和(he)熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后(hou),充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約(yue)為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
