回轉式三筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機改(gai)進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加入(ru)機前濕(shi)料的預烘干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機內(nei)烘干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間(jian),再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干(gan)(gan)機生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘干(gan)(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing)(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各個行(xing)(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘干物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨(mo)損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作(zuo)原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
