大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由(you)三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得(de)到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占地面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
