三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退(tui)一(yi)步(bu)的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多(duo)回路(lu)方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的。
