三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分由(you)三(san)個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其(qi)筒體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)。該機總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換(huan),在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,又(you)(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)燥目(mu)的(de)(de)。
