三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒體的(de)截面得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒體外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工作原理
